Monopoly GO June 26 Events Explained: Tycoon Class, Bounty Barrels and Springfield Partners Launch Schedule

Monopoly Go players will wake up to find new tournament events launched in the game, with higher rankings meaning more rewards.

In addition to introducing the two new tournament events and the daily Flash Events and Quick Wins, I have more good news to announce: Monopoly Go has partnered with The Simpsons to launch a new event - Springfield Partners, expected to officially launch at the end of this month.

Without further ado, let's get to the point and collect as many rewards as possible before the new events arrive.

New Tournaments

Tournaments in Monopoly Go are time-limited competitive events, and the same goes for the two starting today.

During this period, you'll need to collect as many special items as possible through various means to rank higher. Rewards will be unlocked based on your score and ranking on milestones and leaderboards. Generally, the higher your score and ranking, the richer the rewards.

1. Tycoon Class

Tycoon Class will run from 1:00 PM EST on June 26th to 12:59 AM EST on June 27th. Players need to collect as many of the two events triggered on the board as possible within a day: Bank Heist and Shut Down, to unlock 2,160 flags and 5,735 Dice rewards across 40 milestone levels.

Flags are key consumables for quickly progressing in Monopoly Go Tycoon Racers tournament. Therefore, improving your Tycoon Class ranking and obtaining more Tycoon Class rewards is one of the main ways to complete Tycoon Racers and earn more extra rewards.

2. Bounty Barrels

Bounty Barrels will begin at 1 PM on June 26th and last for more than two days, ending at 4 PM on June 28th. This event requires players to collect as many pickups as possible, which are distributed across the board, and you need to roll the dice to land as many as possible on them.

Bounty Barrels milestone has 100 levels, containing a total of 8,650 flags and 27,705 Monopoly Go Dice. Like Tycoon Class, Bounty Barrels are one of the main ways to complete Tycoon Racers and acquire more flags.

Flash Events

In addition to two smaller tournaments, there will be four Monopoly GO Flash Events on June 26th, one of which will have a second round.

1. High Roller

The first round activates at 3:00 AM to 10:44 AM, lasting 10 minutes. A second round will occur at 11:00 AM and end at 8:00 PM. During High Roller, the dice multiplier is increased to 100x, and the rewards on the board are doubled.

To maximize your gains, during this boost, you can increase the dice multiplier when you are 6-8 squares away from squares that offer more rewards (such as Railroad, Chance, Pickups), doubling the rewards.

2. Rent Frenzy

Starting at 10:45 AM, for a limited time of ten minutes, when your piece lands on a square with property, you'll collect more rent than usual. The more property you have, the more rent you'll collect.

You can also increase the dice multiplier before landing on a property square to further increase rent revenue.

3. Sticker Boom

Starting at 1 PM, lasting for ten minutes, if players open sticker packs during this time, they will receive an extra 50% of Monopoly Go Stickers. This is an invaluable boost for players who want to collect their sticker collection faster.

If you have any unopened sticker packs, especially the more valuable purple and gold packs, you can save them until Sticker Boom activates to maximize your sticker rewards.

4. Wheel Boost

The activation window opens at 8 PM and closes on June 27 at 3 AM; you must activate the boost within that interval. After activation, the effect lasts for just 20 minutes. During Wheel Boost, every spin on Color Wheel earns you one extra spin.

How to trigger the roulette?

Once you build a complete set of landmarks of the same color, corresponding hotel icons will appear on the board. Rolling the dice on a hotel icon will trigger a roulette spin. Prizes include a large amount of cash, over 5,000 Dice, sticker packs, and the most valuable Vault. Each spin increases your chances of winning.

Combining the two tournament events mentioned above with these four Flash Events allows for stacked bonuses and faster completion of milestones.

Additionally, completing today's three Quick Wins tasks - Collect Cash, Roll Doubles 1 time, and Land on Community Chest 1 time, will also reward you with a total of 210 flags, 20 Dice, and a green sticker pack. This is practically free, so be sure to take advantage of it.

Springfield Partners

Monopoly Go Springfield Partners, scheduled to launch on June 30th, is a co-op event. You must team up with a friend and reach Board 5 to participate and unlock rewards, including a large amount of Dice, sticker packs, cash, and other limited-time rewards, such as Lisa Simpson.

In Springfield Partners, you'll need to earn special Springfield event tokens by playing all Monopoly Go modes. These tokens are then used to spin an event-exclusive points wheel, which randomly points to different amounts of building points. Your and your teammates' building points will advance your team's construction progress.

Springfield Partners milestone rewards unlock based on your construction progress. Therefore, before the event, you’ll not only need to accumulate a large amount of Dice, but also find like-minded teammates to team up with.

The event will run until July 5th. In short, accumulate as many Dice as possible to complete all the upcoming events.
