    Nov 22, 2025

A few days ago, Dune Awakening official website updated the game’s Public Test Client: Version 1.1.20.0.

This patch, due for release on August 12th, brings a multitude of improvements and updates to the game. We have to scroll the scroll wheel eight times to see the full content.

What New Changes Will Dune Awakening Version 1.1.20.0 Bring To The Game? - Good News, Bad News And Other Changes

In addition, the game developers are encouraging players to review and provide feedback on two specific systems before the patch goes live.

This is the first time since the game’s release that the developers have encouraged players to prioritize reviewing certain features.

This is also the first time since the game’s release that the game has included so many updates. Some of these updates are good news for players, while others are not.

Good News

The good news is that Version 1.1.20.0 will prevent the presence of Ornithopter griefers in PvE areas.

Previously, griefers had brought their unreasonable harassment from Deep Desert to Hagga Basin.

This unreasonable harassment involved griefers using Ornithopters to trap their victims until they were torn apart by worms.

Ever since this type of griefer harassment began in Deep Desert, game officials attempted to curb it by expanding PvE area. However, this was to no avail.

After all, everyone knows that the entire Hagga Basin is a PvE area, yet griefers could still indirectly kill other players by introducing worms there.

Many players criticized this as an abuse of the game mechanics and not legitimate PvP, and hoped that this situation would be addressed soon.

Fortunately, the game developers did not disappoint the players. Version 1.1.20.0 completely stopped the behavior of Ornithopter griefers.

The system will automatically push away griefers who continue to harass other players using colliding aircraft.

To help players test this new automatic pop-up feature, the game developers have provided a top-tier buggy, a Scout Ornithopter, an Assault Ornithopter, and a Carrier Ornithopter to test server players.

Players who need the test server can request them through Claim menu after creating a character.

Bad News

The bad news is that players can no longer ride the worm, and flour sand farming is also dangerous.

Players Can No Longer Ride The Worm

Previously, some players could briefly ride the giant sandworm without consequence. However, this exploit has been fixed in Version 1.1.20.0.

According to the patch notes, any contact with the sandworm’s body will result in the player’s death or the destruction of their vehicle.

Whether intentional or accidental, colliding with a moving sandworm can have devastating consequences.

Flour Sand Farming Is Dangerous

Another unfortunate change for players is that Version 1.1.20.0 relocates all Flour Sand and Spice Sand fields in Hagga Basin to areas with worms.

Flour sand farming used to be harmless, but this latest update forces players to develop a strategic approach to gathering basic materials to mitigate risks.

Other Changes

In addition to some new features and general fixes, Version 1.1.20.0 also includes new changes to Deep Desert and Landsraadde. These are as follows:

  • Adds more land for factions to fight over and build bases, while also increasing resource yields.
  • Landsraad Houses may now require Dune Awakening Solari to be delivered.
  • Worms in Deep Desert now have a higher chance of using the shorter breach version of their animation.
  • The communinet warnings that appeared before Coriolis storm buildup began are now more clearly conveyed.

These are the changes you should be aware of in Dune Awakening Public Test Client: Version 1.1.20.0. Understanding these changes ahead of time will help you better farm the game.

What Optimizations Has Dune Awakening Made In The Latest Patch 1.1.15.0? - PvP, PvE And Landsraad Reward Mechanisms
Cornell Otto
    Jul 08, 2025

As one of the hottest survival MMO games recently, Dune: Awakening attracts many players to experience it. However, after all, this game has only been released recently, and there are still some problems in the game mechanism and the specific details of the in-game scenes and rewards.

Among them, there are two significant problems that have been reported by many players and have been optimized in patch 1.1.15.0. This article mainly takes you to understand how these two problems are improved and how to give players a better gaming experience after the improvement.

What Optimizations Has Dune Awakening Made In The Latest Patch 1.1.15.0? - PvP, PvE And Landsraad Reward Mechanisms

Introduction To Landsraad

In the game, Landsraad is a committee composed of major families, which affects guilds and players on all servers around the world. Its core mechanism is that there will be different tasks.

Your guild completes as many tasks issued by Landsraad as possible, obtains their votes, and then controls the overall situation and makes changes. As an individual player, you can contribute to your guild by completing various PvP or PvE tasks, and you can also get rewards.

Landsraad's Past Problems And Current Improvements

However, Landsraad actually had some problems before, which were discovered by players and caused widespread discussion. Because the essence of many activities in Landsraad system is the collection and production of items, but there are always some problems in the upload of items. For example, after completing the submission of a grid item, you can no longer submit subsequent items, the upload speed is too slow, and so on.

At the same time, the system's task reward mechanism also has certain problems. Before, the reward for the task was only calculated based on the personal contribution value after completion, which means that large guilds will complete the task quickly, while small guilds and organizations may not have the opportunity to complete these tasks. You may not have the opportunity to get rewards for your personal efforts.

After patch 1.1.15.0, the problem of uploading items has been improved and fixed, and the same Landsraad task reward mechanism has also been changed. Now the task contribution value is settled after the task is completed, and the reward is distributed.

Of course, this is only for personal rewards. This means that individual players don't have to worry about making a lot of efforts and contributions but getting nothing in return. The greater your contribution, the more Dune Awakening Solari or different Items you will get.

The Resource Balance Improvement Between PvP And PvE Areas

When the game was first released, Deep Desert area, which was full of rich spices and top resources, was almost entirely PvP, while the safe PvE area had very few resources. In response to this situation, the game officials issued a hotfix on June 26th to split Deep Desert area into the two modes 50-50, making the resource distribution of the two areas more balanced, but if you want to collect top materials, you still have to go to the PvP area Deep Desert.

Dune Awakening The Resource Balance Improvement Between PvP And PvE Areas

This patch clearly states that players can now collect Tier 6 resources in a wider area in PvE Deep Desert. This means that players may not have to risk malicious attacks and fierce battles from other players to obtain spices and high-level resources in PvE area Deep Desert.

Similarly, the respawn timers of Deep Desert unique loot containers are now more random, and the loot in Deep Desert in the PvE area may also randomly drop different unique items. This greatly increases the interest of players in exploring the map, and also gives rich rewards to the lucky ones.

Summary

Dune Awakening is a popular large-scale survival MMO game. Its popularity is not only based on the game mode and its classic IP story, but also requires game developers to constantly listen to the real experience and feedback of players to make repairs and improvements.

Diablo 4 2025 Roadmap Analysis - Four Season Updates
Cornell Otto
    Jul 29, 2025

Diablo 4 officially announced its complete update roadmap for 2025. This blueprint covering four seasons not only responds to players' core demands for class balance and endgame gameplay, but also presents innovative game content through cross-IP linkage.

Since its global launch, Diablo IV has successfully operated seven seasons, each of which redefines the game experience through unique gameplay. Its first season lasted from July 20, 2023 to October 1, 2023, and the new content was widely praised by players.

In October 2024, it launched its first expansion, Vessel of Hatred, which successfully expanded the battlefield to Nahantu jungle full of Mayan civilization. And through new class Spiritborn, this expansion has become very popular among players. It has set a quality benchmark for subsequent updates.

According to the latest roadmap, four seasons will be launched quarterly in 2025, each lasting about three months.

Diablo 4 2025 Roadmap Analysis - Four Season Updates

Season 7

(January to April)

As the first season of 2025, season 7 did not perform too badly. Witchcraft Power allows players to unlock ancient witchcraft through Mystic Gemstones, and combined with other gameplay, it successfully improved the season activity. Season 7 also introduced occult gems, and the earnable raven pet, which are very popular with players.

In addition, the newly added Armory system adopts Final Fantasy 14-style equipment plan saving mechanism, and cooperates with QoL optimization of Whispers quest chain to make Build switching more efficient. This change improves the player's gaming experience and also reflects the developer's response to player needs.

However, the Season 7 is now coming to an end, and the more anticipated Season 8 is about to arrive.

Season 8

(April to July)

There are three key contents in Season 8. First, the classic villain Belial returns with the Apparition Incursion activity. By the way, there will also be an earnable feline pet. After that, a new IP linkage will bring new experience to players. Finally, there is Diablo 4 2-year anniversary.

Before that, players may need to prepare enough Diablo 4 Gold, because based on experience, it is very likely that a limited edition Transmog will be launched.

In terms of permanent additions, in addition to Belial, there are Urivar and Harbinger, the new Lair bosses. The newly added Lair Bosses adopt a dynamic difficulty mechanism, among which Harbinger's mechanism and combat design can be called a textbook-level boss battle. In addition, there is a Season Journey update to bring surprises to players.

Season 8 will be launched on April 29, and then we will be able to see whether the above new content can satisfy players.

Season 9

(July to September)

This is Sins of the Horadrim season, which will add seasonal content such as horadric powers, a new earnable pet, and dungeon escalation.

Before that, we knew that Brotherhood of the Horadrim is an ancient brotherhood composed of mages and wizards. Although they are very powerful, this strength seems to have made them arrogant and eventually made mistakes, and finally destroyed. Now there are only two people left. But in Season 9, we may have the opportunity to relive their past glory.

Dungeon escalation seems to be ushering in new changes. I hope Diablo IV can inject new vitality into this system.

Season 10

(September to December)

This is the annual closing season of D4. There is still a long time before we are. But according to the official roadmap, Season 10 focuses on Chaos Power, a Borrowed Power system, allowing players to make their own choices between risks and benefits.

At the same time, we can also see some undisclosed IP cooperation content, which means that Diablo 4 will usher in some joint works in 2025! The simultaneous launch of Infernal Horde update injects new fun into the PVP area.

Regarding 2026, we learned that there will be teasing Leaderboards, new rankings, and, most importantly, the next chapter of D4. Can we catch up with Mephisto and stop his evil plan? The answer may be revealed soon.

Finally, there is little news about 2026, but we can confirm that Diablo 4 will have a new expansion by then. Although we don't have a specific release date at the moment, it's still worth looking forward to.

Genshin Impact Version 5.5 Iansan Best Builds - Battle Mode, Weapon, Artifact Set And More

    May 14, 2025

When Genshin Impact version 5.5 arrived with the fiery breath of Natlan, the four-star Electro character Iansan made waves among the player community with his unique Nightsoul mechanic.

Traditionally, four-star characters have limited late-game potential because if you’ve been playing for a while, it’s usually not worth it to build a four-star character relatively speaking because you might have a better five-star counterpart. But surprisingly, this is not the case for the four-star Electro character Iansan released in the 5.5 update. As long as there is a good Iansan build, this is one of the most powerful four-star supports compared to Bennett and others. This Electro Support will work strategic wonders.

Genshin Impact Version 5.5 Iansan Best Builds - Battle Mode, Weapon, Artifact Set And More /genshin-impact-version-5-5-iansan-best-builds When Genshin Impact version 5.5 arrived with the fiery breath of Natlan, the four-star Electro character Iansan made waves among the player community with his unique Nightsoul mechanic. Overview Unlike traditional four-star supports such as Bennett, Iansan’s value is reflected in three dimensions: Constellation unlocking mechanism: Even if it is not obtained in the Character Event Wish in Phase 1, its permanent four-star attribute ensures that you can continue to pull her and her constellation over time. Cross-version adaptability: The Nightsoul system is naturally compatible with the Elemental Mastery system, showing unique advantages in the current Hyperbloom/Burgeon-dominated Meta. Exploration and combat dual-excellence design: The 30% movement speed bonus and Enhanced Jump ability provided by Nightsoul State make it a Tier 1 choice for Open-World exploration. It is worth noting that Iansan’s strength curve undergoes a qualitative change at Constellation 4-when the Dance of the Eternal Ember is unlocked, the natural decay rate of Nightsoul Points is reduced by 60%, greatly alleviating the operating pressure. This is also the core reason it is recommended to cultivate this character for a long time. Iansan Build The biggest benefit of Iansan being a 4-star hero is that even if you don’t get her on the first banner, you can passively pull her and her constellation over time. This, combined with the future-proof gear, makes Iansan worthy of having one of the best artifact sets and weapons for her. Artifact Set Best Option - Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City 2-Piece Set Effect: Energy Recharge +20% When a nearby party member triggers Nightsoul Burst, the equipped character regenerates 6 Elemental Energy. 4-Piece Set Effect:Elemental Reaction is triggered when in Nightsoul State, increasing the corresponding elemental damage of the entire team by 40% for 12 seconds. Of course, if you haven’t unlocked the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City domain yet, using Noblesse Oblige and Tenacity of the Millelith as a replacement is also a good choice for you. However, special attention during the transition period: When using Noblesse Oblige, it is recommended to increase Iansan’s Elemental Burst level to Lv.9 or above to maximize its basic bonus effect. Weapon Selection Best Option Engulfing Lightning: Its ER secondary attribute is perfect for the needs, which can greatly increase Iansan’s Energy Recharge. At the same time, it can also increase her ATK according to her ER through the passive Timeless Dream, allowing Iansan to improve the auxiliary efficiency while ensuring the cycle. Favonius Lance: It can trigger the property of additional Energy Particles through Crit, which significantly improves the energy cycle of the whole team. Prototype Starglitter: It is a forgeable 4-Star polearm that can provide stable Energy Recharge at refinement 5. Personally, I think Engulfing Lightning is undoubtedly the most suitable weapon for Iansan. It perfectly fits Varesha’s fighting style and maximizes Varesha’s abilities. After the update, Genshin Impact will increase the probability of obtaining this weapon for a limited time. Players can actively participate in the event and accumulate Genshin Impact Genesis Crystals to obtain the weapon “Vivid Thoughts”. Alternatives Skyward Spine: It increases Crit Rate by 8% and provides an attack speed bonus. Tamayuratei no Ohanashi: It is an event-exclusive weapon that provides 24% Energy Recharge and ATK chaining bonus at refinement 5. Dragon’s Bane: It performs well in the Hyperbloom system. Battle Mode: After switching Iansan to launch Elemental Skill to enter Nightsoul State, immediately follow up with Elemental Burst, apply Nightsoul Blessing. And perform 3 Normal Attacks to trigger the Precision Movement effect. Then switch to the main DPS to start output and maintain Nightsoul Points by moving/jumping during this period. Also, when Iansan is not an active character, you can see her Nightsoul points below the HP on the right as a separate bar. You will see this bar actively decrease and increase, and when the Nightsoul Icon in the upper right corner of the screen is orange-red, it means that the current points are > 42. Talent Priority Based on the current information, her Elemental Burst is obviously the focus of upgrading, because you can use it to get all the main buffs of this character. And her Normal Attack you can almost ignore. Because once you have a second constellation, the precision movement effect can be applied with her burst. So when you get a higher constellation, you don’t even need to use her basic attack. 1. Elemental Burst: Can cause Nightsoul-aligned electric damage. When using this skill, Iansan will gain 15 Nightsoul points and enter the Night Soul Blessing state. 2. Elemental Skill: Iansan dashes forward a distance, dealing Nightsoul Electricity damage to all opponents along the way. After using this skill, Iansan will recover 54 Nightsoul points and enter Nightsoul’s Blessing state. 3. Normal Attack: If you click the normal attack button, Iansan can perform three consecutive spear attacks. Holding the button causes Iansan to consume his stamina to dash forward, dealing damage to opponents along the way. Team Building Iansan + Yoimiya + Chevreuse + Fischl Use Chevreuse’s Overload enhancement and Iansan’s ATK bonus to create a high-frequency blasting system Iansan + Nahida + Xingqiu + Kuki Shinobu Iansan triggers Hyperbloom through high-frequency Electro Application, while providing movement bonus to optimize positioning Iansan + Lyney + Bennett + Kazuha Can take into account both the efficiency of large world exploration and Abyss burst output The emergence of Iansan marks an important change in Genshin Impact character design-four-star characters are no longer just transitional options for novices, but can gain long-term strategic value through mechanism innovation. No matter how you look at it, Iansan is a change in the possibilities of auxiliary characters. Now, it’s time for her to shine on your team!

Overview

Unlike traditional four-star supports such as Bennett, Iansan’s value is reflected in three dimensions:

  • Constellation unlocking mechanism: Even if it is not obtained in the Character Event Wish in Phase 1, its permanent four-star attribute ensures that you can continue to pull her and her constellation over time.
  • Cross-version adaptability: The Nightsoul system is naturally compatible with the Elemental Mastery system, showing unique advantages in the current Hyperbloom/Burgeon-dominated Meta.
  • Exploration and combat dual-excellence design: The 30% movement speed bonus and Enhanced Jump ability provided by Nightsoul State make it a Tier 1 choice for Open-World exploration.

Iansan Build

The biggest benefit of Iansan being a 4-star hero is that even if you don’t get her on the first banner, you can passively pull her and her constellation over time. This, combined with the future-proof gear, makes Iansan worthy of having one of the best artifact sets and weapons for her.

Artifact Set

Best Option - Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City

  • 2-Piece Set Effect: Energy Recharge +20% When a nearby party member triggers Nightsoul Burst, the equipped character regenerates 6 Elemental Energy.
  • 4-Piece Set Effect: Elemental Reaction is triggered when in Nightsoul State, increasing the corresponding elemental damage of the entire team by 40% for 12 seconds.

Weapon Selection

Best Option

Engulfing Lightning: Its ER secondary attribute is perfect for the needs, which can greatly increase Iansan’s Energy Recharge.

It perfectly fits Iansan’s fighting style and maximizes Iansan’s abilities. But without this weapon, players can actively participate in the event and accumulate Genshin Impact Genesis Crystals to get the other suitable 5-Star weapon.

Alternatives

  • Skyward Spine: It increases Crit Rate by 8% and provides an attack speed bonus.
  • Tamayuratei no Ohanashi: It is an event-exclusive weapon that provides 24% Energy Recharge and ATK chaining bonus at refinement 5.
  • Dragon’s Bane: It performs well in the Hyperbloom system.

Battle Mode

After switching Iansan to launch Elemental Skill to enter Nightsoul State, immediately follow up with Elemental Burst, apply Nightsoul Blessing. And perform 3 Normal Attacks to trigger the Precision Movement effect. Then switch to the main DPS to start output and maintain Nightsoul Points by moving/jumping during this period.

Team Building

  • Iansan + Yoimiya + Chevreuse + Fischl

Use Chevreuse’s Overload enhancement and Iansan’s ATK bonus to create a high-frequency blasting system

  • Iansan + Nahida + Xingqiu + Kuki Shinobu

Iansan triggers Hyperbloom through high-frequency Electro Application, while providing movement bonus to optimize positioning

  • Iansan + Lyney + Bennett + Kazuha

Can take into account both the efficiency of large world exploration and Abyss burst output

The emergence of Iansan marks an important change in Genshin Impact character design-four-star characters are no longer just transitional options for novices, but can gain long-term strategic value through mechanism innovation.

No matter how you look at it, Iansan is a change in the possibilities of auxiliary characters. Now, it’s time for her to shine on your team!
