ARC Raiders Soul's Offering Guide: How to Obtain All Event Rewards

Soul's Offering event is now underway in ARC Raiders, running from October 27th to November 16th. Spanning Halloween period, the event incorporates a spooky yet fun atmosphere into its core gameplay.

Many players have found Soul's Offering challenging, as the complex, intricate map environments can make tracking down mission objectives quite difficult. In this guide, I will provide a clear breakdown of the objectives, helping every player complete the tasks and secure the best possible rewards.

At its core, Soul's Offering is primarily about the patient collection of materials. I have organized the mission steps based on the available rewards; if you are only interested in specific items, you can simply complete the corresponding segments. Let's dive into Soul's Offering event!

Part 1: Rewards and How to Obtain Them

By collecting the materials for this section, you can earn following ARC Raiders items: Stiletto II, Extended Barrel I, Angled Grip II, and Stable Stock II. If you're looking to claim these rewards, gather the items listed below.

Dead Flowers

You can find Dead Flowers in Old Town area of Pendola Pass. While they can also be discovered at Ruined Homestead near Blue Gate, I recommend Old Town—the more open terrain makes for a much smoother search experience.

Unlike some other items, Dead Flowers are also required for unlocking subsequent rewards, so be sure to collect extra beyond what is needed for this specific stage.

Rock Salt

To find Rock Salt, head to Grandioso Apartments in Buried City. Search carefully through drawers and across tabletops—you're highly likely to find a good amount of Rock Salt in these spots.

ARC Alloy

For most Raiders, ARC Alloy is no longer a rare material. You can obtain it by scavenging ARC Probes or ARC Wreckage. It can even drop from enemies you defeat during regular combat. So, all you need to do is check—it's most likely sitting right there in your backpack.

Expired Respirators

You'll need to head to Medical Bay in Stella Montis to find this item. Given the specific lighting conditions of the area, increasing your in-game brightness can be very helpful when searching for Expired Respirators.

Part 2: Rewards and How to Obtain Them

Completing the objectives in this section will earn you Torrente II, Compensator III, Extended Medium Mag III, and Stable Stock III. If these are items you need, then focus on gathering the materials required for this part.

Before you begin, note that this section also requires Dead Flowers. Since the method for collecting them was already covered in the first part, you can simply refer back to that section. Let's move on and see what other materials are needed.

Railway Lantern

I've placed Railway Lantern at the beginning of this section because many ARC Raiders players struggle to find it. Most players know that the best place to look is Cielo Sereno Observatory in Cielo Pendola Pass.

If you're having trouble finding it, you might be looking at the wrong landmarks. Locate the large warehouse within Cielo Sereno Observatory, head into one of its corners, and look upward—that's where you'll find Railway Lantern.

Advanced ARC Powercell

Obtaining this is straightforward: you can get it by defeating Bastions or Bombardiers. It shouldn't take too long, provided you have right ARC Raiders weapons to take them down effectively.

Remote Raider Flare

You don't need to go to great lengths to find this item; simply head to Shani's location and purchase it using Credits.

Part 3: Rewards and How to Obtain Them

This part is quite challenging, as it requires collecting some rather rare materials. Whether these rewards are worth the effort is subjective, but if you find yourself in need of these items, you can follow my guide to complete the objectives. Upon completion, you will receive Vulcano I, a Shotgun Silencer, and three Fireworks Boxes.

If you truly need these items, follow the material-gathering path outlined below; once you've collected everything, you'll be able to unlock them.

Fancy Plates

You will need to search the cupboards in various kitchens throughout Rust Belt. If luck is on your side, you might find this item. However, based on the progress of other players, spawn rate appears to be quite low. Furthermore, the item is small, so it's easy to overlook if you aren't paying close attention.

Mask Fragments

Head to Santa Monica Houses in Buried City. Once you arrive, avoid venturing too deep into the central area; instead, focus your search on the buildings along periphery and enter the house furthest to the north.

Once inside, don't hesitate—if you spot Mask Fragments on the large table near the entrance, grab them immediately. This item is quite rare, and if you're too slow, another Raider might beat you to it.

Insulation Rolls

Make your way to Pendola Pass and focus your search on the seats inside the train carriages—they typically appear on top of the seats.

If you've already checked all the seats, try your luck in the very last carriage of the train; you might just find what you're looking for there.

Final Rewards

If you are a persistent player and manage to collect all the aforementioned materials, congratulations! You will earn the final—and, in my opinion, most worthwhile—rewards: stylish Pilgrim Backpack Skin and Offering Display Table design.

The practical backpack skin speaks for itself, while Offering Display Table is a highly coveted piece of furniture, earning rave reviews from many players for its unique design.

All in all, I find Soul's Offering quest in ARC Raiders to be quite challenging to complete. The sheer volume of materials required means that searching aimlessly—without a guide—could take an incredibly long time.

That said, if you aren't a completionist and have no interest in these final two items, you can simply follow this guide to collect specific materials and unlock the corresponding rewards. After all, everyone has different preferences and goals; some players value rare collectibles, while others are primarily focused on growing stronger.
