Hi, dear players, are you ready to welcome the new year with the first team racing event of 2025 in Monopoly Go? To experience the fun and fighting spirit of the cold winter, this Snow Racers event start at 10 am (EST) on January 8 and end at 3 pm (EST) on January 12.

In Tycoon Racers event in Monopoly Go, instead of recruiting other players, Scopely gave players who were defeated by their teammates in the past the opportunity to race alone for the first time. No matter how you participate, there are rich rewards waiting for you to win!

How To Get Rewards From Snow Racers In Monopoly Go? - January 8-12, 2025

How To Play This Snow Racers?

To participate in the Snow Racers event in Monopoly Go this week, players need to collect Snow Racers flags in other events and form your own team. First, you need to collect enough Snow Racers flags from other events and collections. Here are the specific ways to collect flags:

Attend the center banner events shown below your current cash total in Monopoly Go. Don’t worry, these events are usually longer and have more milestones, so more free Snow Racers flags are awarded.

Attend the daily leaderboard tournaments shown during the flash events on the day of the event. These tournaments are usually shorter, have fewer milestones, and have lower score requirements, and are refreshed more frequently to make it easier for new players to get the prizes. Many of these prizes will be Snow Racers tokens available during the event.

During the event, players can collect your free in-game store rewards. Besides the usual cash payouts, free dice, and sticker packs, there will also be some additional flags.

On the tiles with checkers that land around Monopoly Go game boards, these tiles offer free Snow Racers flags.

As players play on Snow Racers game board, you can select flags as a per-lap reward when the dice are rolled.

You need at least 20 Snow Racers flags to roll dice. If the player wants to roll more dice with more flags, then there is the option to increase the dice multiplier to increase the probability of getting the desired reward.

Form A Group For A Better Race

When you have collected enough Snow Racers flags and are ready to start the race, be sure to check your friends’ list in the Snow Racers event tab and form a team of four players for the event.

If you choose a team that you are not satisfied with, you can leave the team before the race starts. Don’t worry about it. You can leave the team and re-select familiar friends and other experienced players. After all, this is an important choice that affects the final result. It is necessary to be cautious.

The key to choosing good teammates during Snow Racers event is to cooperate with the most experienced players in your friends list. If you remember that one player you often beat in the Shutdown minigames in Railroad tiles, it is best to look for a more suitable partner elsewhere.

Since Snow Racers score is based on your overall ranking across the three races, you’ll want to pick out the most capable player on your team and have that player shoulder the load of the race.

Use Flags To Win Prizes On Snow Racers Rewards!

As players start using Snow Racers flags they collect, the team will receive lap bonuses after completing a certain number of laps on Snow Racers track. These rewards start out as fairly low milestones, but they get higher as the race progresses.

These rewards are personalized, meaning that everyone on your team can choose whatever Snow Racers reward they want from the lap bonuses.

However, the grand prize for this event is both cumulative and shared. This means that all four players on the team share the total score. When the scores are tallied at the end of the event on January 12, you and your teammates will each receive a shared event reward for completing all three races. Ultimately, the difference in ranking will depend on your team’s overall score throughout the event.

The game will track your ranking in each race and show you the accumulated points after each race. The first race is relatively easy, so you can’t use up all your flags in the first race, as there are two more races to participate in throughout the weekend.

At the end of each race, check your team’s performance. This will give you a first-hand understanding of how many points you need to participate in Monopoly Go Snow Racers event that ends this weekend with a top prize.

This highly anticipated top prize includes a new board token, a new wintry racing emoji, a Wild Sticker and a Purple Sticker Pack. Wild Sticker allows you to choose any missing stickers from the Jingle Joy album that is about to end to complete your collection. Purple Sticker Pack gives you a rare chance to get a rare new sticker before Jingle Joy season ends on January 16.

Choosing To Play Alone Is Also A New Option

You can now also choose to play Snow Racers as a single-player team! If you love playing Tycoon Racers event in Monopoly Go, but are often frustrated by your teammates not doing their part in earning and spending flags for the team, you can choose to win Snow Racers by teaming up alone!

To choose to play alone instead of with a team, simply check the slider that says “I want to play alone!” at the bottom of the screen. When you toggle the button for this option, a pop-up will appear, asking if you’re sure. If you’re sure, click the orange “Play Solo” button at the bottom of the pop-up, and the backend will put you on a solo team to be paired with other solo players when you race.

If you win first place in a team race, you’ll still receive two cosmetics offered as championship rewards, Snowmobile board token and new Winter Racing emoji. But if you choose to play alone, Sticker Packs you’ll receive will be different. Team players get Wild Stickers and Purple Sticker Packs, while your top prize includes blue and pink sticker pack.

That’s it for the Snow Racers event rewards in Monopoly Go. Players can decide whether to participate in a team or individually based on their specific needs. I believe that no matter which form of competition they choose, all players will be able to perform at their best and win more potential rewards!
